Meet the Artist – 2020 series
Sadly, due to Covid-19, cancelled until further notice
Bookings are now open for 2020 Meet the Artist evenings. These are a really nice way of meeting fellow artists in an informal setting over a glass of wine, and getting a feel for what motivates them and how they approach their work. It’s particularly useful if you’re new to Steyning Arts as you can get to know colleagues and make some connections that could be useful in finding a shared venue for next year’s Art Trail. It’s free to attend, but spaces are limited so you do need to book. Just click on the relevant link to register.

Meet the Artist No 3: Carol Wagstaff

Carol’s practice as a visual artist encompasses painting, sculpture, photography, print, and installation. Her work is conceptual but rooted in tradition. There will be a cross section of her oeuvre to see and probably quite a few portraits as this is her current preoccupation.
