Meet the Artist: Janet Butterworth

A chance to meet fellow artists in their homes and discuss their work in an informal setting. Numbers are limited so sign up to reserve a place. Tickets are free, but there will be a collection on the day to cover the costs of refreshments.

Trail Opening Party at Trail Hub at The Museum: Friday 25 May from 6-7.30pm

Come along to our 2018 Steyning Art Trail Opening Party at Trail Hub at The Steyning Museum. Wine and nibbles will be provided and it’s a chance to meet fellow artists and friends and find out more about the 2018 Trail. The party is by invitation only to MEMBERS AND FRIENDS so if you are not a member or a friend, why not join Steyning Arts and come along? New members and friends are always welcome.

Summer Art Trail 2018

The 2018 Summer Art Trail will take place on the last weekend in May and the first weekend in June 2018:
Saturday 26th May, Sunday 27th May, Monday 28th May (includes the Monday Bank Holiday)
Saturday 2nd June and Sunday 3rd June
We have 19 venues including the Trail Hub, based at the Steyning Museum where you can see examples of work from each venue and a pick up a trail guide. The Hub is an ideal place to start your visit.

Art In The Park, Sunday 27th May

Sunday 27th May, 12:00 – 17:00
Venue: Festival Big Top
Ticket Information: Free – with suggested donation of £3 pp or £5 per family to help cover costs.
Access your inner Leonardo or Tracy Emin and become an artist for the afternoon. Use the easels and drawing materials provided by Steyning Arts (courtesy of Seawhites of Brighton) to draw a model who will pose for you, or anything else that takes your fancy in the landscape.
